The location, furniture, kitchen, the terrace - everything was perfect!

The only inconvenience - there is no elevator and the apartment is on the last floor. though the stairs are comfortable enough.

Nice location and a fine balcony with view over square.

Unfortunately the hosts were not quite as helpful as we would have appreciated. The description to get to the place from the airport wasn‘t too elaborate (Look for „waterways“ instead of „Alilaguna“ (which is the right ferry operator, but doesn‘t appear on an airport‘s sign). The introducing lady was - let‘s say - efficient. The over all impression of our communication with the landladies was that we were rather reminded how to leave the place properly instead how to use it. Topping that off, the TV (that we paid for!) didn‘t work. Our ask for help was answered after we had already left and was written in Italian! We did find it odd, too, that the place features a big picture of Mao tse-tung (Zedong), who is evidentially responsible for the death of millions of people.
