Excellent central location, spacious, clean, check in process was easy and the host kept good communication
Surcharge for extra towels feels unnecessary when the apartment is already expensive. Providing only one hand towel and a bath towel as default is poor. No tea towel or cloth in the kitchen was bothersome. Reminders of extra costs that will apply in circumstances around the apartment was unneeded and patronising (I’m would like to think most guests kept the kitchen clean and didn’t flush items down the toilet!)

Very comfortable apartment in an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from San Marco's square and even closer to the stop for the water bus (including the line to/from the airport).
The apartment has working aircon in both main rooms, storage space for clothes, and self-catering facilities including a combi-oven and microwave plus a dishwasher.
The apartment needed a little bit of extra maintenance to make it 10/10 e.g. limescale around the taps and the secondary showerhead had a split in the cable. Nothing major though.
