The rooms are very nice

The beds were comfortable, the water was hot with good pressure for a shower, the value/cost was affordable, the refrigerator was big, the kitchen area was nice/new.
Well, we did see roaches in both of our rooms we had, the floors were not clean, one of our rooms the keys didn't work the first time so we had to go back to the office-the next day the keys stopped working again and on the last day-none of the keys worked, one of the rooms did not have any blankets and when asked for one they said they would bring it but never did-we had to go back down to the office to get some, no towels in one of the rooms, and the bathroom sink lighting is terrible, no guide on TV or paper saying which channels were which such as TNT is channel 55.
