I can't think of a single thing that I didn't like about my stay. The maintenance crew for the property likely has had no days off in years. They have everything patched, painted, cleaned, updated you name it. You know a best western is dated but this one has been tenderly loved and cared for. The office staff are so nice and it smells very very good. You know the hotels where it smells artificially good and they're covering up the bad smells? This is not that honey. It smells like clean linen and fresh air. The sheets are soft and clean and don't even get me started on the towels. I've never seen a fluffier yet scritchy towel in my life. This place exceeded my expectation's dude. And you can walk to the cracker barrel?? Sign me up. This is the only place I ever need to stay in in Florence.

The cleanliness and the remodeling done was done exceptionally well.
Wasn’t able to manipulate the curtains to shut out light and the outside noise was loud - including the trains during the night

Conveniently locate off I-95, I like the Cracker Barrel very close to walk to

Right off rte 95
The woman at the desk when I checked out at 3:30 am. It looked like it wasn’t in the safest location when I asked her if I could get a snack that I could see she said NO. She wouldn’t even get one for me and pass it thru the protective window. I wouldnt stay there again.
