We stopped here for a quick overnight while driving to Florida with our dog and it was perfect for a place to rest our heads. The room was immaculate, the check in was easy and the staff were so friendly. It's also close to the highway and has a ton of food options - even late night. I would definitely stay there again! The one issue we had was the AC/Heat unit was super noisy, but it was late and we didn't want to change rooms so we just turned it off and didn't tell staff so they weren't given the chance to rectify it, but I'm sure they would have if we had mentioned it. Would definitely stay there again on our trips up and down the eastern seaboard.

Young people were hanging out in the parking lot with loud music until late at night. Made us uncomfortable coming in after dark. Next morning the area was trashed with litter from the night before. Breakfast was minimal and not very tasty.

It was very affordable, and we could walk to the Civic Center. They ran short on the breakfast offerings on Sunday morning. We got there at 9:10 with breakfast closing at 9:30. Overall it was a nice stay, and we would stay there again.

We were traveling with our two pets and were concerned about the cleanliness . We were very pleased with everything . The room was very clean and looked newly updated . The bed was very comfortable and we had ample room . The check in was simple and staff was so nice ! There were so many restaurants nearby which made it very convenient to take out . We had a nice breakfast and resumed our trip ! Great choice and we will definitely book on our return trip !

Excellent hotel for stays traveling along I95. Clean, comfortable and good breakfast. Only complaint is the excessive $50 pet fee.

We were at the Comfort Inn in Florence the 20th which was ok, but a step down from the one in Newark the night before. The desk receptionist was as short in answers as could be, didn’t even look at you. The room was clean. As always the beds were comfortable. And I give a 5/5 for the breakfast attendant, she really deserves it.

The front desk was absolutely amazing, very courteous, kind, funny and accommodating. The only issue we had were thin walls you can hear people you can hear people in the hallway and multiple rooms. Alarms went off at 5:30 AM. You can hear it all over so I’m assuming a housekeeper set them or somebody set them all up and there was one going off next to us in a room where I guess there was nobody so it went off for a long period of time at 5:30 in the morning other than that very clean. Food was a little less desirable in the morning.

One of the nicer hotels ive stayed at comfort wise. Expensive when traveling with animals though. 35 a dog. Usually hotels charge 15 to 20.

Not good. We had to change our room as the heater started making a terribly loud noise. The front desk agent did his best to accommodate us. I was given another room which I refused as the heater was making a loud ticking sound. The third room we got was ok, but it was very inconvenient to change rooms after being settled in. I would not recommend nor stay at this hotel again.

Due to horrendous weather we were unable to get to this hotel. Even though it was way after the check in time and a non refundable room Comfort Inn credited our account through Travelocity-negotiated by Travelocity Customer Service. Superb customer service by both Travelocity and Comfort Inn!!

We find the location just off 95 convenient when traveling through. Location was quiet and allowed for restful sleep. Breakfast included was fine and got us back on the road in a timely fashion.

Arrived late for a one night stay. Front desk made it an easy arrival. King room clean and very nice and comfortable. Free breakfast was a bonus and good for a light bite to eat. Would stay again!

The property was very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast. It had eggs, sausage, oatmeal, different breads and waffles, among other things. It was filling and I appreciated the staff. The front desk was very helpful in letting me know about the availability of transportation to the airport. The only item that might need work is that housekeeping tried to barge in my room while I was still there to clean. They didn't knock before they used their key to try to get in. Thankfully I had the deadbolt on and the security lock in place or they would have gotten a surprise. They should really knock first. Also, I asked them at that time to come back in 30 minutes since I was still in the room. When I got back later that evening, the room hadn't been cleaned. So I guess you snooze you lose. But otherwise, it was a great stay.
