Comfortable, convenient and loved the sourdough bread.

Good location, pet friendly, nice garden, bbq, comfortable beds.

Maybe needs a screen door as had a spider on pet door and a centipede in bathroom.

Beautiful little home away from home.

Homely touches provided by the owner, fresh bread, breakfast cereals. Immaculate condition. Beautiful decor.

Nice, cosy cottage at a good price

Cosy home-style cottage. Generous supply of coffee, tea, cereals, jam, milk and loaf of sourdough bread for breakfast. Nice outdoor sitting area with relaxing view of well kept garden. Excellent host.

Lounge cum dining area is adequate though a tad small for 4 persons. Nevertheless, it is warm and cosy especially on cool days and nights.

Quiet, cosy retreat

Loved the little thoughtful things you wouldn't expect such as big choice of breakfast cereals, a teapot, real milk, real butter, nice bread, comfortable outdoor seating, picnic basket and good linen on the beds. It was very clean, warm and cosy on a cold night with a big, easy walk in shower and plenty of toiletries.

awesome spot for a weekend in the blue mountains

blackheath suite was a beautiful wee cottage with everything you could need . the furnishings were of a high standard and the property spotlessly clean . the fresh sourdough provided for breakfast was delicious .

A new favourite to revisit !

The myriad of thoughtful touches and attention to detail to ensure you were comfortable and well looked after in a welcoming, quiet environment. Location, ambience, cleanliness, privacy and facilities left nothing to be desired. Breakfast was right to our needs. Highly recommended and good value.

In honesty, nothing to dislike. Communication was good at all times.

Good

No being able to cook, made the stay a bit more difficult, as it forced as to eat out every day. I am not referring to an elaborate meal just a simple meal would have been nice. Having to enter via the main house gate spoils the privacy a little. The unit was sunny, the back garden was nice , relaxing and private, however the unit was not sound proof, It is basically a house divided in 2.

A beautiful oasis.

We were given tasty, quality, fresh bread, butter and milk. The choice of cereals, jams, coffees, teas etc. was excellent. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and the property had a very pretty and enchanting garden with a choice of relaxing places to sit to enjoy the peace and quiet in this little oasis. The wifi worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the linen crisp and clean. It was a perfect stay for us and our little dog.

We were very happy with this accommodation and would return in the future.

Location was a bit removed from the central part of Blackheath but no problem if you have a car or no mobility issues. It was fairly quiet, some highway noise overnight but lovely to hear birds in the many surrounding trees. The backyard was very much appreciated by my dog, who snuffled around in the bushes and grassy areas. This was our first holiday with our little dog and it was definitely a success! The breakfast items were much appreciated , good variety and the lovely sourdough bread was fantastic - we really loved that !! Thanks Suzie. The beds were also extremely comfortable and shower was good. Good communication with Suzie about accessing the keys.

a larger table area for eating and playing board games would be better

Quiet, comfortable and cosy.

Plentiful supplies, lovely homey feel. Fresh bread and wine left. Soft fluffy towels. Quiet.

Be aware the host is usually on site (if that is an issue for you). We only corresponded but Suzie seems lovely.

Will definitely come back!

Wonderful stay! very grateful for the heated blanket, and some supplies and treats to my puppy dog 😍

Price point is a bit too expensive for just the two of us, but this is a two bedie so understandable.

The host allowed us to park under the carport due to heavy rain

Carrying bags around the side of the house with all the rocks was hard.

amazing short stay at the blue mountains

very well looked after, the host goes above and beyond with her hospitality also it is pet friendly which is a bonus

it’s great for a couple but I would not recommend larger than 2 plus q kid
