The staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. They were very transparent about the prices of tours and transportation, so I always knew exactly what I would pay, with no surprises. That gave me a lot of peace of mind. They also helped organize everything efficiently, making my stay very easy. The hostel has a great atmosphere, and it’s nice to see they are investing in improvements to make the place even better.
Nothing significant. During my stay they were already making some improvements, so I believe the hostel will be even better in the future.

The best view of the Nile River and scenery. Wonderful and helpful staff. I will always stay there when I Eygpt.

The inn was very cute with a very good view of the nile river. The place is very chill. Ghandi is very helpful and friendly. He helped us with all the logistics and other questions we had. The bed and pillows were comforable. Feels very homey and peaceful.

Location by the river
- the tours they provide didn't come with full details of drop-off and pick-up point. I was dropped off from the Abu Simbel in the middle of the road instead of the hotel. Additionally despite having paid for the trip, the driver and guide forcefully asked for tips and were clearly upset when they didn't get any. I booked the tour with the hostel thinking it'd be the safest option, unfortunately I did not feel safe.
- The hostel itself isn't clean. We have to take off our shoes to walk but there are dirt everywhere.
