The view is amazing! You can seat and relax in their terrace at the edge of the Nile and watch the botanical garden in the island in front. It’s a very relaxed place close to nature and out of the noise of the city. The hotel is great, well decorated. The rooms are comfy and clean and have everything you need, the AC works well, they also have a mini fridge in the room. Rawia, the owner is a sweetheart 😍 she helped me with everything and was always so sweet. I checked in pretty late and she was in constant contact with me to help me arrive. I’m very grateful 🙏

The place is very clean right in the center you can go by frequent boat service from center to the island only in 15 egp 10 minutes boat ride
LADY Owner is nubian SHE is highly educated formerly social worker speak English very well worked with ministry of education

I loved staying here; it's a beautiful oasis situated along the Nile on Elephantine island🤩 I enjoyed the lovely, warm & generous Nubian hospitality. Rawia, the manager organised 2 great tours for me. It was a highlight & great delight to have a delicious, healthy savory breakfast every morning sitting at the river's edge, with a view of the luscious Botanic gardens🤩 The calming & soothing atmosphere to be living on this part of the Nile is just AMAZING & must be personally experienced!! All the staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel itself is so cute & colourfully decorated, Nubian-style. For the budget-conscious traveler, this is Heaven🌟💫⚡✨🌈

The hotel is just a the bank of Nile river
To get to the hotel you have to walk for around 6-7 minutes. The main issue is if you have quite a heavy luggage, it's gonna have a problem for you.
Secondly I booked a room with AC but they refused to give me a AC room and was saying I booked a room without AC. Though I showed them the proof from my booking page, they were not ready to accept. As a result I couldn't sleep for one entire night as the weather was quite hot. I had to make a complaint to Booking.com and the next day they gave me the remote for the AC.
Also you should not keep asking for common things like Towels.
