A couple of minutes' walk to the ferry pier is the main plus. There is a shared veranda with a panoramic view. Friendly staff. We checked out at 6:00 AM, and they kindly prepared lunch boxes for us instead of breakfast. The cleanliness and comfort are moderate — you certainly won't be thrilled, but considering the price, it's quite acceptable. The location is quiet.
The main downside is the island itself, which is basically a dirty slum. Walking around there is highly unpleasant. I suppose it has its own kind of authenticity, but there is little attraction in it. However, if you are not walking alone, it feels safe enough.

L'emplacement sur l'île éléphantine est parfait : au calme, proche de restaurants sympas, au départ de jolies balades sur l'île, facilement accessible par le ferry public (à 2 pas de l'embarcadère). La chambre est jolie et propre, le personnel est très sympa. Le petit déjeuner sur le rooftop est top ! Nous recommandons cette guesthouse pour votre,séjour à Assouan !

La terrasse est très agréable avec une très belle vue, l'emplacement est parfait car juste en face de l'embarquadère !
La chambre était spacieuse. L'hôte peut nous arranger des excursions donc c'est vraiment pratique !
Un peu de mal à communiquer mais le traducteur existe donc ça n'a pas été très grave !
