Aswan is a is the beating heart of Egypt and such a hidden treasure for many. The true "Vibe" and magic comes from the Nubian Culture and places like Elephantine Island. If you a looking to elevate your Aswan experience I highly recommend a stay at Hamo Fathy Nubian Guest House.
From the second you step off the local ferry, the tone is set. The host, Hamo, treats every guest less like a standard customer and more like family; he will greet you as an old friend with a authentic nubian
A massive highlight of staying here is taking to the Nile water. You can go felucca sailing personally with Hamo, allowing you to experience the river through the eyes of a local expert. If you want to explore further, he is always ready to assist with organizing and advising on any other excursions around Aswan.

アブシンベル神殿にも行き フェルーカに乗ってる時に どうしても島に泊まりたくなり 予定変更して こちらのホステルを予約。 KFCの乗り場から渡し船乗ると 島に着いてからは 徒歩2.3分で着きます！ 外からでは わかりませんが 中は まだ 新しく キレイ😄 冷蔵庫があるのが ありがたい😄 そして、冷蔵庫の中に ペットボトルの水と 紙パックのジュースを 冷やしてくれていました！
冷蔵庫の上に、グラスと 湯沸かしポット、コーヒーと砂糖を セットしてくれています！ シャワーのお湯も 問題ナシ😄 気づかいが ここにも、 シャワー室に サンダルおいてくれてました。
まだ、 オープンして 1年半くらい
造ってる最中の お部屋もありました！
朝食は、上のテラスで いただきましたが 豆ペーストのカレーみたいなのが 美味しかった😄 ボリュームタップリです😊 すぐ近くに レストランが2軒あるし、 冷蔵庫があるので アスワンで ビール買ってきて 冷え冷えビールを 屋上で 飲めるのも 最高です😄
島だから、ノンビリしてます
舗装されていない道 狭く迷路みたいですが 島の人たち 笑顔で 挨拶してくれて うれしかったです。 あたしは、朝食の前に クヌム神殿まで 散歩しました😊

落ち着く場所です！！
あたしは、すべて観光終えて ここに 来ましたが 最初からきても、彼に相談すると いいでしょう。 彼は 島で 生まれ育ったそうです。 エジプトでは、車や 観光地の客引きとか うるさく 疲れることもありまし、ここに連泊して ノンビリすると いいです！！

I really enjoyed my stay at Hamo Fathy Nubian House. The place has a unique Nubian charm, very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The room was comfortable and nicely arranged.
Nothing major to mention, everything was overall very good.
