The view of our room was very nice, the location is close to the centre of Aswan, and most importantly, the staff was very helpful and cheerful from the very first moment till the end of our stay.
Room service needs to be better.

Great location, about a 15 minute walk from Aswan train station, and less than a minute from the public ferry to Elephantine Island, restaurants along the Nile river, Aswan Market. The hotel is located in pedestrian side street with stairs, not accessible by cars, but it’s only 50 meters from the main street with all transportation, so no big deal. The hotel lobby is a bit dark, but our room was very bright, with very practical arrangement of beds, closet, bench for suitcases, fridge. Room and bathroom not the newest but clean. We had a balcony with superb view of the Nile river and the Tombs of the Nobles!! Staff was amazing. Kudos to the receptionist Ramya who spoke perfectly English and gave excellent tips for local restaurants.

Staff
The pool was the main reason for staying there but it was really uncared for and couldn’t be used. The water looked unchlorinated and had hadn’t been cleaned.
