Perfect location, the rooms and the host Ziggy.
Has everything you need and Clean!
Love the homemade breakfast.
Because is new, the terrace is under construction. Once is finished will have a very pleasant view overlooking the Nile river.

The guesthouse enjoys a superbly convenient location, just steps away (less than 100 meters) from the ferry to Elephantine Island. Staying on the island is not the least bit inconvenient — it's just a quick one-minute ferry ride to the city side.
The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with reliable hot water and fast Wi-Fi. The Nubian family is incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, providing things like laundry and an early breakfast box, etc.
The guesthouse had just opened in early December 2025 when we stayed there. We were among the first guests. Everything was brand new, and some areas were still under construction, but this did not affect our stay at all.

Petit hôtel familial tenu par des frères très sympathiques. Très calme. À 20m du débarcadère, très pratique. Petit déjeuner généreux. Vue superbe. Possibilité de balade en barque à moteur dans l'archipel (30€ les trois heures).
L'hôtel est encore en construction ! Rez-de-chaussée impeccable mais le toit terrasse est en fait un chantier encore en sable avec deux chaises et une table en plastique. Il aurait été honnête de le préciser dans la description.
Par ailleurs, aucune chambre n'a de balcon et elles donnent sur un terrain vague. Le propriétaire s'étonne de ce que tout le monde lui réclame, peut-être devrait-il modifier lui-même la description de son établissement.

La ubicación está genial porque al desembarcar ya se puede ver. Luego todos son muy amables y educados, además de que todo está muy limpio, si vuelvo a Aswan iría a ahí sin dudarlo.
