Five stars for the hospitality alone! The host is exceptionally kind and gave us a free local tour of Aswan. He's friendly and honest unlike many people in the area.
The shower isn't the best and breakfast isn't perfectly on time, but it's customized to your need and honestly much better than what you would expect for this price!

The accommodation was very lovely, well taken care of and clean. Our room had the most comfortable bed we had slept on in our entire stay in Egypt! Breakfast is free with your stay, which is served on the rooftop with a view of the Nile River. Abdo and his team are very lovely, they organised our trip to Abu Simbel, and kindly offered to pick-up some things from town for us (the location is not central, but in a peaceful local neighbourhood). It was a pleasure to support a local Nubian business, I would definitely stay here again.
The shower didn't drain properly, and leaked a bit but not a big problem.

The rooms allowed us to truly experience a Nubian night. The hospitality was outstanding. Abdul made our stay unforgettable, sharing his knowledge about Aswan and this beautiful place with such warmth and passion

Chambre de taille correcte (sans fenêtre pour se préserver de la chaleur), lit confortable, rooftop avec vue sur le Nil et les environs, pour le diner (excellent) et le ptit dejeuner (basique). Tres calme, pas de bruit. Accueil excellent d Abdo, le manager, qui est venu nous chercher à l aéroport et nous a organisé une journée de visite (Philae...). Nous avons pu laver notre linge en machine et le faire sécher dehors.
Nous savions par les commentaires que les abords n étaient pas beaux, ce n'est pas gênant. Une rue très passante est à 300m, pratique pour prendre taxi et autres tuktuk et aller au centre d Assouan (3kms)
La douche est particulière, elle asperge partout dans la SDB mais l eau est bien chaude et la pression excellente
