We enjoyed the roof top terrace and our nice room with good beds and excellent sheets and towels
The quality of the breakfast with an abundant microwave use in its preparation was less than expected

This small hotel was a last minute booking and it sorprised me and my coworker, rooms are really comfy and the best part its the view, hotel its located right at the Nile, sunrises are just amazing, they have a great terrace in beduin style and they offered breakfast.
also staff is super friendly and they always want to help.
If you dont have a car this place might not be for you since its far away from the main atractions in Aswaan.

No water was provided for drinking. You have to purchase your own.

The guys were friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop was very nice. There is a boat going into town closeby.
Our room was spacious but way overpriced for the equipment in it. The bathtub was broken and everything in the room lacked personality. The breakfast was cooked in an open kitchen on the rooftop and most things did not look very clean. That was a shame because there was a spotlessly clean kitchen inside (for the owner's family?). Very, very far away from the center of Assuan.
