The hotel staff are very kind and helpful.
For example, when I needed to buy an eSIM, the owner even took me to a shop on his motorbike.
The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well.
The only slight disappointment was that it seemed that information wasn’t always being shared among the staff. When I checked in, I mentioned the early-morning Abu Simbel tour that I had booked through the hotel. I had already made the reservation by message before my stay, but the staff seemed to be hearing about the booking for the first time.
Furthermore, although the taxi driver had told me the previous day that he would arrive at 4 a.m., he still hadn’t turned up after 4 o’clock on the morning of the tour. I asked a member of the reception staff to check, and they arranged a taxi for me with another group going on the same tour. Fortunately, everything worked out in the end. However, if I hadn’t spoken up, I would have been left waiting without knowing what was happening.
Apart from that, I thought the staff were excellent.

Son gente muy amable, el hotel esta muy bien situado y no se oye nada de la calle.Las camas son muy cómodas y funciona bien el aire acondicionado.Desayuno justo pero correcto.
El hotel no tiene ascensor, se desayuna en la habitación, es verdad que el baño no es de los mejores del mundo pero cumple su función, hay países que hay que tener la mente abierta.
Muy buena relacion calidad precio.

No hay desayuno, solo te dan una caja con jugo, huevo, pan y alguna cosa mas, muy pobre el desayuno, además de no tener u sitio físico para desayunar. Nos tocó desayunar en la habitacion.
Las instalaciones estan viejas al igual que la habitación sin aislamiento por lo que escuchas el ruido de la noche de Aswan.
El baño pequeño y la ducha diminuta, te tenias que duchar con la cortina pegada a tu cuerpo de lo pequeña que era.
