Very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They were also extremely helpful with arranging the tours and Felucca ride. We watched the sunset at the beautiful Nile river on Felucca and took a shared tour to Abu Simbel. Both spectaculair experiences. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel is also very pleasant.
Highly recommend this place if you're ever staying in Aswan.

This hotel is simple, clean and elegant. The location was fantastic, no annoying bazaar selling, the Nubian people are friendly and welcoming.
Staff organized boat trips and felucca, hassle free and reasonable prices.
The food is wholesome and healthy and very filling.
I can't recommend it enough for a relaxing visit to Aswan.

The staff was excellent. Beware of the tour agencies that will run you around like crazy and make as much money as possible. I wish I had just booked everything through the hotel instead of using greedy, bossy and over priced travel agencies. The hotel and arrange everything for you.
