Son muy atentos, tuvimos un problema y entramos un día después de lo previsto y pese a ser no reembolsable nos ofrecieron sin decir nada un día extra de estancia sin coste, además el desayuno es egipcio bastante completo y te lo llevan a la habitación a la hora que elijas
El todo de la noche al estar arriba del mercado y como crítica constructiva, gustaría tener agua fresca al llegar dada la calor de la ciudad

Encontrar el hotel , me resultó algo complicado, no hay un letrero, si no es por Salma qué estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo, desde mi llegada a la ciudad,

Room was spacious and bathroom worked as expected. Breakfast within expectations given the price. Right in the city center. Staff super friendly.
We underestimated the noise outside other reviews mentioned. It is quite loud and until late (2-3).no problem if you can ignore it or have good ear plugs

Molto carina, pulita e centralissima. Personale accogliente
Avrei faticato molto a trovarla se non mi avessero organizzato il transfer! Fuori c e scritto Ganna Guesthouse. Fa un brutto effetto salire le scale del palazzo ma la guest house e davvero carina e super centrale
