The air conditioner brought quick relief when I checked in during 3-digit temperatures. The bed was firm but very comfortable. There was a microwave and mini-fridge provided, unlike many other places. It was like a refuge from the heat and the exhaustion after many hours of driving. Close to the freeway and close access to restaurants nearby.
No continental breakfast or pool. And it's kind of difficult to get ahold of the staff in the morning when their office is locked after the announced "opening hours."

The only thing I didn’t like was I had to ask for house keeping to clean my room

It was quiet and clean. Affordable
It needs a new shower head. Current one sprays everywhere. If you aren't going to have electrical outlets in the restroom, put a mirror close to the outlets in the bedroom.
