The staff at the reception, especially the guy, was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient point, there are many bars and restaurants around. It takes 30 minutes to reach the Royal Palace by foot and even if the tuk tuk is convenient, it is nice to take a walk around the city.
The room was a bit noisy due to some parties going in the bars nearby. They did not bother us much, but if you are a light sleeper they can.
The room was not very clean and my room inside was a bit old-fashioned, to be renovated in some parts.
The elevator is a bit slow and since there is only one for ten floors, it could be improved.

Good value and good location. Great staff.
Take note that it is located in area with bars, so you will hear som noise and music in the rooms.
