This place was really nice, our room was spacious, comfortable and super clean... and the pool is great. The staff is always friendly and will go beyond to accommodate your needs.

The location, the view, the staff and facilities. The place has everything I need and keeps me safe and keeps me relaxed while I focus on things I need to get done. The concierge is always available, security always looking out for me even in the early morning after a long shift, the house keeping staff are the kindest and most thoughtful.
Hallways are starting to show wear and tear it would be nice to have something similar to what the residential floors have for their lobby floor.

The view
The elevator took very long most of the time, the location was not convenient to riverside, the breakfast was not good, and it sits in the middle of the Chinese section of Phnom Penh. Also, a lot of roaches in my apartment!
