From the very first moment we arrived, the experience was magical. The entrance welcomed us with soothing music that instantly set the mood for a relaxing getaway — a small touch that made a big impression!
We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and smiles all around. The staff were genuinely polite, warm, and attentive throughout our stay — their hospitality truly made us feel like honoured guests rather than just visitors.
The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and comfortable. The overall vibes of the resort are simply wonderful — peaceful, scenic, and full of positive energy.
The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, perfect for unwinding while soaking in the beautiful surroundings of Munnar's misty hills.
Munnar Ice Queen Resort is not just a place to stay — it's an experience in itself. The hospitality here is second to none. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travellers alike. Will definitely return! 🌿🍦
The road leading to the resort is a bit rocky

Breakfast on the first morning was from a menu - the second was a buffet. The first was better.
The first night it was lovely and quiet - really peaceful. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
The second night was loud and noisy with other guests coming and going. We had a room on the ground floor near the stairs.
