Not so comfortable stay
The view and location are excellent
It is a 1 room studio, not a two bedroom apartment
1.The premises is work under process. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor was not working. Some renovation work was on
2. The host had entire communication through watsapp, no meet and greet.
3. The kitchenette provided has no sink, so we washed dishes in the bathroom sink
4. For tea cups, only one teacup was provided
5. Cleanliness was not upto the mark. The balcony had dust and cleaning materials, the kitchenette cabinet had few bread crumbs, the water kettle had the white salty layer from last guests use. I washed it off myself. The sofa bed had dust in the fold when we opened it up.
6. The bedding didnt seem fresh, i got a mild rash on the first night. After three to four requests the housekeeper was sent on the next day just about the time we were going out for our activities
7. The bathroom drainage was not good, water accumulated as we showered
8.The hot and cold adjustment was extreme. Water was either too hot or cold.
9. Lighting in the bathroom was not enough. The bulb above the sink mirror was missing
10. There was only half a curtain on the balcony door. We sent a picture to the host on the first evening and asked for it to be fixed. Nothing was done about it for the entire stay (3 nights)
11. Bed covers for sofa bed were provided by the housekeeper only on the next day. We figured out bedding from the overhead cabinets on the first day
12. The room itself was not spacious. It claims to be above 300 sq ft. But there is a pillar in the room and it all felt quite congested.
