The staff were wonderfully caring and attentive. The facilities were neat and clean, and the room was great. The hot spring pool on site was absolutely the best... i spent the whole day there just lazing away and relaxing
Day 1 minimal flies, day 2 they were constantly buzzing around, so much that i had to retreat into my room. BUT that's not a resort problem, it's a conmon issur in Kintamani

The room was super clean and spacious. The hot springs were lovely and the location super convenient for nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Eddie, the manager, was incredibly helpful and arranged to pick us up personally from Padang Bai port as well as take us to our next destination after our stay. While we were there Bagia was super friendly. Between the two of them it was a very welcoming experience.

Bagia and the friendly staff were all very kind and helpful. The hot lava spring pools were a delight - much better in real life than the photos. The gardens were lovely

The location is great, very clean and super natural sources pool. Good Indonesian breakfast and nice tips from local people for Warung ;)
We had some water filter nearby the cabin that was making loud noise every 5 mins so we almost did not sleep the night as we forgot the earplugs. Then we went to mount batur very sleep deprived.
