The pool in front of the mountain was amazing! I also love you can walk 10 mins and get to a Hot Spring! Super easy to also book the Jeep tour with them for the sunrise :) Breakfast was basic but good. Love this place and will come recommend them!

The staff were very attentive and responsive to what's app messages and helped us with everything - drivers, tours, food etc. All the drivers they got for us were very reasonably priced and they were all great! The location was great for mount batur treks and the Kintamani region. The thermal hot pool was lovely. The rooms were comfortable.
The breakfast options were good.
The flies - but this is an issue anywhere in Kintamani, and outside of the control of the property.

Nice new villa just under the volcano - great basecamp for early morning summit. There is a nice hot spring place just 10 minutes down in the village called BNHS. The private hot spring in the villa was great for warming up during the cold weather. The staff was very friendly. The property offers hiking packages to Mount Batur - short, medium and long - short one was 300k per person, middle one was 400k per person, and I do not remember the long one.
While it is technically a private villa with a private hot spring, you are facing a car park and reception, which are slightly raised compared to your villa, meaning no privacy since you can just stand at the reception and stare inside. The eating place was filled with dead insects. While I do not hold this against the property since it is not their fault, there is a huge problem with flies in the area during the days during the rainy season. This means you can't eat outside or just sit in a hot spring because there will be literally 30 flies flying around you. Also, the advertised hot spring is technically there and great by itself, but you need to always ask the staff to empty it and fill it again with hot water - you are not allowed to do it by yourself. During the cold weather, when the water is ready, you have maybe 30 minutes to enjoy it before it gets cold and needs to be replaced, thus a need to call the staff again.
