Wayan and his staff are excellent. He is literally making the difference in your stay in this location, he will make you feel better than at home and experience like a local the great things this location can offer to you. The place is in a strategic position and the hot volcano water pool is a great value to enjoy your days in Batur. We loved it early morning before sunrise and late evening watching the stars after a sunset family hike to the volcano top with Wayan who guided us and was so friendly and helpful all the time, we can not recommend him enough.

The view is amazing, the pool was absolutely divine & our hosts were so kind & helpful.
Nyoman assisted us with our stay, organising dinner & being our tour guide for early Monday morning. He was very professional & fun. He provided our head torches , a light breakfast at the top & made sure we were all doing well whilst climbing.
The only part were the flies - we ate our food indoors.

The view is amazing. U can hike to see the mt batur not far from the place. There is also hot springs in the place itself.
Shower head its not so functioning, uneven spray water. The sheets needs to be changed when its left unoccupied for a while. The location to get there its not possible with car.

Hot spring pool was amazing!! The staff very accommodating and lovely!
That it’s away from everything, that’s probably more my fault for not checking out where it was, and the flys omg so many again not the motels fault but a can of fly spray in the rooms would be very beneficial considering it’s away from from everything, also the power went out though the night, can back on at 4 am but we got up at 3 in the dark with no power no jug to boil water no running water
