I had a splendid time at Maison Aleteia. My room was quiet, spacious and comfortable and excellent value for money. The owner, Richard, gave me a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. He prepared a good breakfast of croissant, fresh baguettes, jams, coffee and tea every morning and was always available to advise and talk about the local area and places to visit. The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of Alet les Bains and though there is no dedicated parking I never had any problems in finding convenient parking spaces nearby. The hotel also has a attractive walled garden where I spent several afternoons. Alet les Bains is an historic and charming town and well worth visiting. I shall certainly return.

Very cozy and personal place!! The host was amazing. He helped us booki a restaurant which was very good. For us the breakfast was a highlight, a beautiful veranda with fresh produce and bacery goods. Thank you!

La maison,de prime abord vieillotte mais un certain charme,.nous sommes acceuillis par un monsieur érudit mais très hableur,
tout est merveilleux !!!
Mais ensuite les choses se corsent "le magnifique lit à baldaquin d epoque" s ecroule dans la nuit et mes amis finissent dans un li t de 90 cm.
Au petit déjeuner nous apprenons que les poubelles de salle de bains n étaient pas vidées. De plus l ensemble de la maison etaît sale! Gentiment je demande une toute petite ristourne
,les 15 euros que ce monsieur avait rajouté la veille!!!pour ne pas avoir loué le 5 eme chambre.

Un mot d excuse ,une petite attention et nous aurions pardonné ces déboires
Au lieu de ça ,pas un mot d excuse,disant à mes amis qu ils avaient cassé le lit et que ça allait lui coûter cher!!!
Je pense que ce monsieur a besoin de comprendre que recevoir des clients ,c est les respecter et non faire de l argent à tout prix!
