Location was fantastic. Flat was comfortable and pretty clean. Staff were lovely. The other residents of the property seemed very happy. Nice outside areas.
Flat was rather warm and stuffy. Bathrooms did not smell lovely.

This is a new building or recently completely renovated so everything was new.
This is generally a seniors résidence, but with several vacant appartements that are rented for short stays. It was fine and the residents where very friendly, it was just à bit of à surprise when we arrived since it was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The apartment was very clean and new, but is only sparsley equiipped compared to all the other places we stayed. The Kitchen was not very well equipped, It only had essentiels, no coffee maker and only à couple of packs of instant coffee with very few dishes or cookware available. Overall however, the place was fine.

Great new, spacious and clean facilities. View to Carcassone walls, nice pool. There is also a nice rooftop with an amazing view to the walls of Carcassone.
Generally very good place.
It should have been clear that the place is also a elderly home. It was not a problem at all, but it should be states in the announce.
The room had no salt , pepper and detergent.
The breakfast was quite expensive too.
