Excelente ubicación y trato

Está literalmente al lado del castillo. El trato del personal fue muy bueno. Además, disponibilidad de parking.

Justo en las dos habitaciones contiguas ubicaron a chicos (9-10 años) que no paraban de hacer ruido con las puertas y hablando alto. Es un acto independiente al hotel, pero fue molesto por parte de los chicos.

La ubicación, tranquilidad de la zona y confort..

Por decir algo, en una parte del hotel donde se encontraba nuestra habitación, no había ascensor. Pero nada que no se pueda soportar :)

Very convenient location to Carcassonne and restaurants. Parking is in the public parking area for the Carcassonne entry which is crowded and an extra expense. The hotel breakfast was very good

I can not really complain about anything. Hotel is in perfect location. I found on Breakfast buffet everything what I needed. And I absolutely loved swimming pool! Even if it was little bit small, having it, was a huge bonus☺️

Maybe room was just little bit too small, but we did not spend there much time anyway.

Excellent location!

The location was excellent. It was only a 3 minute walk to the medieval walls of Carcassonne. The hotel has it's own private pool and numerous sun loungers to relax on.

The lack of a fridge in the room was a big issue for me. Personal items could be stored in the main fridge of the hotel, but that necessitated handing over the items at the front desk and then getting a member of staff to retrieve them from the kitchen every time they were required. A note pad and pen in the bedrooms would also be a welcome touch.

Couldn’t have stayed at a better hotel

Superb location, 50 meters from the airport bus stop, 100 meters from the fortress city. Beautiful swimming pool.

Great hotel

The location in relation to the Cite, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and all of the staff were great. The perfect location on the door step of the Cite and only a 10 min walk to the new city, lots of options for food and drink close by.

Superb

The location was incredible. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean and well kept.

Disappointing

Location was good. Water pressure and bath were ok. There is parking for about 12-15 cars or so.

They had cleaned the floors with a very strong product (most likely with peach) which created an allergy reaction to one of the guests, they should use something more neutral. Breakfast was very basic and room crowded despite not being on peak season. Limited facilities outside the room to play board games or something with kids. No view to the Castle despite the opposite was advertised

Lovely stay

Second time staying and as always it was just perfect. The staff are charming, very helpful and very polite. The hotel rooms are very pretty yet small which is typical of France.

Sadly, we came across one impolite staff member. The lady on reception late last night was very rude. We returned to the hotel before 10pm last night, the main door was locked. The receptionist didn't get up just pointed in the direction of another door. She needs more customer training.

The key to the room was on a heavy bulky key fob and the breakfast was a bit expensive.

A wonderful break in a great location.

Brilliant location with parking. Friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast. Rooms comfortable, clean, and warm. Fabulous shower!

A bar for the evenings would be a great addition. WiFi worked for my husband but not for me.

great hotel close to everything

room was a good size for a family of four, staff all very friendly, and extremely helpful, left our bag after check out no problem, breakfast was good typically French, a lot closer to the cite than we had read

not really a dislike but we do like a coffee in our room in the morning, there is a machine at reception though

Great location, but lacking in comfort and customer service.

Very close to the old town walls, 2 min walk. Pool is very nice. Aircon worked and parking very suitable.

Fairly rude receptionist on arrival, room could be cleaner - found hairs in a few places. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We found it hard to sleep because of this.

Perfect location and good breakfast.

Great location and wonderful breakfast. Very clean and lovely clean pool. Parkimg was good. Shower was nice and water pressure good. AC was good.

The room was quite small and the bed was definitely a double (as compared to a queen) and a bit too hard for us. Overall great value for the money.
