Lovely stay within the walled city of Carcassonne. The room was comfortable and the facilities were very good. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the Narbonne door, surrounded by great restaurants and 2 minute walk from the Chateau and Ramparts.
Minor issue but quite a number of little flying insects in the bathroom and communication was a little slow.

Beautifully presented hotel, perfect location. Breakfast was set up well. Would highly recommend this hotel
It was not a problem, however our only recommendation would be to receive improved guidance on the parking situation as understandably this is located outside of the city walls and only a short walk away.

Excellent location! A very nice place, well decorated. Very good instructions to arrive, even though it’s far from the parking - which does not generate a problem at all

The location was great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Check-in was smooth and easy
From the Julien room, you could hear everything. Being on the ground floor, we expect to hear the hustle and bustle of the street outside, but we could hear doors slamming and the noise of the dining room at breakfast. The drains also smelled and you had to run the shower to get rid of it. We knew we needed to pay the tourist tax, but there was no information provided about how to pay this. We had presumed this would be taken through Booking.com
