The property is beautiful, stunning setting in the rainforest. The view from every room is gorgeous, lying in bed surrounded by forest is magical. The pool and kabana area are a real bonus although the pool was a little cool for us. Everything was perfect.
It was unfortunate for us we had to cancel the second night just outside cancellation period and although we were not entitled to any refund we were hoping Ryan may've considered our unfortunate circumstances but the policy is strict. I respect people have a business to run and Ryan did not do the wrong thing by us but just be aware the cancellation policy is strict. We did love our stay and the property.is unique and beautiful.

Beautiful property in a great location. We were given an early check-in without asking which was a nice extra.
This property needs some maintenance and a deep clean to bring it up to the expected standard at this price point.
We were disappointed that some of the issues raised months earlier in another review had not been reviewed; the hole in the screen door was still there, the missing stove knob not replaced, and the kitchen drawers were not clean. Additionally, the sheets smelled like they had been put away damp and every time it rained, which was most of the night every day of our stay, there was a persistent drip somewhere. We eventually worked out that it was due to a leak in the spouting.

There is a strong mouldy smell in the house I couldn't sleep at night.
