Apart Jasmin is in an excellent location, less than one minute walk to the ski bus. The bus then only takes 12 minutes to get to the main gondola. A very easy and smooth start to the ski day. We hired our skis at local shop ( Sport Schiestl), again only a 2 minute walk. The ski shop had free ski storage on the mountain so didn't need to carry skis/boots everyday. Very much appreciated.
Supermarket and a variety of restaurants no more than 5 minutes walk.
There is ample parking and a dedicated heated boot room.
A beautiful, modern apartment with amazing views up the mountain and along the valley.

Sehr schönes, sehr gepflegtes und liebevoll dekoriertes Apartment mit einer erstklassigen Ausstattung. Das Appartement hat für uns als vierköpfige Familie mit 2 Kindern (11 & 14 Jahre) super funktioniert (separates WC, langer Waschtisch im Bad, schöne große, ebenerdige Dusche). Praktischer Skiraum ist vorhanden. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen - sogar auf das Auto könnte man verzichten: der Skibus hält in circa 80 m Entfernung von der Unterkunft und ist in 12 Minuten an der Horbergbahn. Wer mag, kann dort Richtung Penkenbahn und Ahornbahn umsteigen (bis dahin sind es ca. 30 min). Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar: dort findet man alles dringend Notwendige. Jasmin haben wir als erstklassige und super-freundliche Gastgeberin kennengelernt! Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub im Skigebiet Mayrhofen!
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Wir waren wunschlos glücklich!

Jasmin's apartment was beyond all our expectations. The rooms are spacious, the beds were comfy, it was very clean, bathroom superb, balcony spacious. The kitchen was very generously equipped, the machines were top notch and the top of the line JURA coffee machine locked and loaded. Lots of plates and glasses and utensils, and not the cheap IKEA type you normally get in an AirBNB. Outside there is a heated ski room for the boots and skis. Nice location with pretty view and 50 meters from the ski bus... Unless you decide to drive to the Horbergbahn which is a 4 minutes drive and has free parking where we always found places.
It was an excellent family ski holiday, we had a great time. Everything about the apartment was excellent, if anything then its "the skigebiet" up the hill where there is little room for improvement. 1) the map was drawn by idiots, slope direction is not indicated and as such it is completely useless, unless you know the area -- but then you don't need a map 2) signs on the mountain are few and far between 3) the top landing of the Horbergbahn is the worst hill side lift station I have ever seen. Basically you disembark onto a 30% slope where pro skiers are racing down at 50+kmh, good luck descending with a kid 4) the bench lifts could do with some organizer manpower, looooong queues Checkoslowakian style 5) there is nowhere you can fill a flask, no drinking water ANYWHERE 4) many hütte are cash only which I am sure has nothing to do with tax fraud. Honestly, I paid over 2000EUR for the family passes and for that money I expect a lot better than this wirtschaft.
