Het huis was top. Heel mooi schoon opgeleverd en het contact met de verhuurder was ook makkelijk en goed. Super aardige vrouw. Aan alles is gedacht.

Mocht er 1 ding zijn wat mijn familie heeft gemist dan is het een comfortabele bank in de woonkamer. Maar dit is echt het enige puntje waarvan je zou zeggen dat het nog aangenamer kan zijn.

Großes gemütliches Haus, tolle Küche mit großem Essbereich. Kurzer Weg zum Skibus. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Bad im EG modern. Frische Eier werden auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt. Netter Kontakt.

Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Wenn das Haus voll besetzt ist, sind die Badezimmer knapp. Am 30.12.25 war Silvestervorparty im Ort - das Feuerwerk war mitten in der Nacht und super laut (die Scheiben haben gebebt). Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts; sollte man aber wissen.

Our family had a fantastic trip, and this accommodation played a big part in it! Communication with the host, Helene, was excellent from the start – she was so friendly and helpful. A real highlight was discovering that Helene owns a shop with locally sourced gin, brandy, and delicious homemade chocolate – a lovely local touch! The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around. The ski bus stop for Arena and Mayrhofen was just steps away, and the train station for longer trips was easily accessible. Plus, a grocery shop is within a comfortable 10-minute walk. We especially enjoyed a nice walk along the Ziller river shores, easily accessible from the property. Having a private parking lot with space for 3-4 cars was also very useful. The accommodation offered plenty of space, with large rooms and a well-equipped kitchen that included a dining area. The separate, larger dining room was also a great feature.

We're struggling to find anything negative to say! Everything was just perfect – we wouldn't change a thing.
