هو عبارة عن منزل عائلي اشبه بفندق بوتيكي صغير يتكون من ثلاث ادوار الدور الاول شقتين .... شقة غرفتين وصالة وحمام ومطبخ والشقة الاخرى غرفة وصالة وحمام ومطبخ .... الدور الثاني الي كان هو السكن الي حجزناه جميل جميل جميل يفوق الوصف ثلاث غرف بمنافعهم مع صالات وبلكونه على طول البيت اطلالات رائعة خيال مع تكيف ارضي يساعد في تبريد المكان وقت الاجواء الحارة .... المالك سيدة نمساوية اسمها Birgit في قمة الاخلاق تحسسك بالسعادة من اول وصولك الى المكان حتى مغادرتك .... طلبت من اولادها حمل الشنط وعددها 5 حقائب كبيرة الى الدور الثاني ...... ممتاز

Außergewöhnlich schöne und hochwertige Ferienwohnung mit Herz ❤️
Wir waren über Karneval fünf Tage zu sechst im bläkät in Ramsau im Zillertal und waren sofort begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu, hochwertig ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – man merkt sofort, dass der Hausherr Architekt ist. Stilvoll, durchdacht und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich.
Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit hochwertigen Utensilien, Backofen und großem Kühlschrank mit TK-Schubladen – alles ist vorhanden. Besonders schön ist der große Esstisch mit Eckbank und einem atemberaubenden Blick weit ins Tal hinunter. Ein echtes Plus sind auch die drei (!) Bäder, die direkt an die Doppelzimmer angebunden sind – gerade mit mehreren Personen ein großer Komfort. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Gastgeberin Birgit: herzlich, super freundlich und sehr serviceorientiert, mit tollen Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wanderungen und Ski-Pisten. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Als Hundeliebhaber freuen wir uns außerdem, dass wir beim nächsten Mal auch unseren Vierbeiner mitbringen dürfen.
Das Wetter war diesmal leider nicht perfekt – aber wir kommen definitiv wieder. Dann genießen wir den riesigen Balkon oben am Hang mit Blick über Ramsau und das ganze Tal bei einem Glas Wein. Unser Sohn war übrigens so begeistert, dass er direkt eine Room-Tour gefilmt hat 🙂
Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln – einzig das Wetter hätte etwas besser sein dürfen, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft natürlich nichts :-) Durch die Hanglage ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, was für uns aber völlig in Ordnung war.

From the first moment we arrived we felt the warm hospitality of the host Birgit and the care and attention to detail that went into curating the Bläkat holiday apartments. They are as beautiful as the pictures, high quality in every sense - from the appliances to the bedding. There is an open-plan living room and kitchen plus a bedroom that’s open to the bathroom. The view from the property is incredible, the sauna and spa area is luxurious and relaxing, and the personal touches from the owner made our stay even more special. We would gladly go back someday.
