I stayed for 5 weeks with 2 children. The hotel staff was super friendly. They cleaned the room every day. The hotel is very kids friendly. Receptionist are nice and always ready to help. Rooms are very clean. Swimming pool is climated so the water always has a nice temperature. Perfect location nearby many parks and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms were divine, the small private patio we had enjoyed views of the city, stunning at night.
We were lucky enough to get one of the available parking spots on the patio, and the team received our baby's car seat to keep it cool.
We were let into our room at a little late, at 4pm after a short wait in the reception. It was super comfy and fresh even with a lot of sun so we didn't mind. The beds were softer than we like but that happens to us in most hotels.

The room was nice and the bed was quite comfortable.
Many of the plants were dead or dying. Much of the time there was no staff to be found. The swimming pool, while it was clean, needed to have many of the missing tiles replaced. Anyone with mobility issues will find it next to impossible to negotiate the long set of stairs with no banister that leads from the street to the lobby.
