Basically paid for the location of this hotel. Most staff was very kind and helpful.
We needed up having 2 rooms. One with a king bed and one with 2 queens. Both rooms were extremely small!!! No room for luggage or space to move around. The photos do not show how small these rooms are. The fridge could only hold 2 water bottles.

Perfect location, right next to Shibuya and Harajuku and with a great restaurant and bar downstairs! Everything is within walking distance, the perfect place to feel the Tokyo vibe. Subway entrance is right outside, full of shops and restaurants around. The room was spotless clean, equipped with everything you need, including pyjamas. The staff very friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back!

The location was fantastic. The coffee shop and craft beer bar right underneath were so great to have right there. The staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was SO yummy! Highly recommend if you stay there. Overall a very comfortable stay and would stay there again!
Not really a fault of theirs but more what we are comfortable with is just the size of the space. It is a bit tight but we knew that going in and made it work just fine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was so small you could barely move, and poorly designed…nowhere to hang your towel, nowhere to put anything really. Overpriced coffee and craft beers.
