Nice location...easy access to Shibuya station. Minimalist and small room, but clean and the staff was very welcoming and attentive.
Signage was small making it difficult for our driver to locate, but after that all went well. Small room made it difficult to unwind, but that's on me - I could have paid more for more - so I cannot really complain about that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was so small you could barely move, and poorly designed…nowhere to hang your towel, nowhere to put anything really. Overpriced coffee and craft beers.
