Excellent location right across the street from the Parco which contains the Pokemon Center, Nintendo store and many other shops. Rooms and common areas were clean. Staff was friendly.
Rooms are small, but that’s expected when in a big city like Tokyo, so we didn’t mind

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the luggage delivery service, they can send your bags directly to the airport or even to your next hotel in another city, which made traveling around Japan so much easier and stress-free.

Location perfect - only a few mins walk from the Shibuya scramble and train station
very close to shops and restaurants
Very modern hotel with very good shared area for cooking your own food, including water dispenser and vending machines

Staff was nice. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The room was quiet
The rooms are tiny and uncomfortable, even for japanese standards. The bathroom looked much older than the rest of the room and barely any water came out of the faucet in the sink.
