This property is fine if you must stay in the Shibuya area. Most hotels in this area are weak value-wise, you pay a lot and don’t get much.
Although this is a newer building, its furnishings are questionably thought out. The room lighting is weak and sparse, not useful for group activities or even reading. Our room’s carpet was not the cleanest upon check-in.
The reception staff are not equipped to do much other than check-in/out. They cannot really help arrange any transportation, events or outside dining. Toiletries are retrieved from the lobby, which can only be reached by small nondescript lifts on the streetside. There’s no physical vehicle drop-off point and you need to haul your baggage to and from nearby streets for vehicle access.
It’s still fine considering its prime location, but it could be a much more complete package with some minor adjustments.

We booked with 3 people to a room and had 2 beds under a bunk bed. Room was clean and cute. The beds were hard for me, but my husband liked it. The bathroom was small. Had a toilet and a shower in it. The sink was outside the bathroom, close to the beds. The hotel location was great and Miyashita Park was the place to be (tons of people hanging out and doing TickTock videos). Traffic outside was a little loud, but earplugs are available and our room had a fan that could block out the noise. Overall, recommend staying there.

The best thing about this hotel is location, only few mins walk to Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing. The room size is good with enough space to open suitcases. The view of the room is excellent too.
If you take taxi to the hotel will have some problems since there's no drop off spot for the hotel and the hotel lobby is on the 4th floor.
For the room cleaning, staff should take more attention. I found the tea cups didn't change to a new one after the room is tidy up.
In general, I will give 8/10 for this hotel. Definitely will consider to stay again when I visit Tokyo next time.
