Comfortable, clean and everything we needed. 3 friends on girls 5 night break.

Clean, quirky, well equipped and great location close to beach, shops and restaurants.

Great for us but if you struggle with steep steps it may not be for you. Nothing that the property owner could improve though

Excellent stay 😊

We have chosen this apartment because of the beautiful views, and we can say that it was exactly as described. Every little thing in this apartment was chosen in order to make our stay comfortable. Very beautiful and modern design, we felt there like at home (probably because we also have a two level apartment 😊). We were a group of two adults and 2 daughters, which are already 20 years old. There was enough space for all of us, except the second bedroom was a little bit 🤏 too small for daughters. But for teens it will be ok! The owner of this apartment is always in touch, and she answered to our messages very quickly, thanks! ☺️ it was very good, that there was no necessary to use a usual key, because the door can be open with a personal code. It was a second time in Alicante, and hopefully we will come again😍

Apartment’s location is very good, near the beach and very close to the city center. But unfortunately it is not suitable for people with some kind of physical problems (problems with legs and so on), because it is not possible to drive straight to the apartment. There are a lot of stairs, which are on that way to the apartment.

Fabulous stay, loved it!

Communication with Kate was very easy and much appreciated. The apartment is in a great location, very clean and has absolutely everything you could think of for a wonderful stay. The views from the balcony and roof terrace are stunning. Can’t wait to return to this property!

Nothing, apart from we didn’t book it for long enough! Need to be careful with steep internal stairs, this was not a problem for us but might be for some.
