What a gem of a find. I booked this for my parents and it was absolutely perfect for them. From the location to everything you could possibly need in your stay, including extras such as toiletries etc.
Fantastic communication from the owner too and nothing was too much trouble.

Exactly as described, great (!) location, excellent parking.
If I must pick something then bathroom could need some kind of air refreshener as there was some bad smells occasionally coming from the sink or shower.

The location was good, but the instructions given to access the place was bad. It is easier (and safer) to come from Hobujama tn and alight outside Vapiano restaurant instead of walking through the Foorum Shopping Mall.
Supermarket and ROST Bakery nearby were good!
Mobile heater that we could place inside the bathroom to keep the place warm
Provision of kitchen paper towels
Well cleaned apartment
Ample storage space
Owner was willing to allow a late checkout
No shampoo and body soap provided
Cooking hood not working
Coffee machine faulty
Lack of cooking oil, pepper and salt for basic cooking
