Linda was a wonderful and most welcoming host and communication was excellent and easy. Wonderful location, short and easy drive into Bellingen. Being Spring; the grounds, gardens and flowers were just delightful!!
We ended up having an extra person, so 5 in total. This was no problem and the cottage was super cosy. The bed in our Queen room was extremely comfortable, with lovely bedding. The cottages have everything you need, there easy access in & out of the property. Swimming pool & area was great, and such a beautiful outlook down to the Bellinger river. We only wish that we had an extra night to enjoy it all!!
Our only issue is that we didn't have more time to spend at this fabulous property!!

Absolutely beautiful property near Bellingen. It was so peaceful, private and surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The whole place had such a calm, relaxing feel and was the perfect little escape. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and everything felt very tranquil.
Nothing — it was a beautiful property and there was nothing to fault.

No breakfast as not included. I cooked and tended to my own food needs. The setting at the back of the property was very pleasant, facing onto the river, quiet, lots of birds and trees, cows nextdoor and comfortable. Easy parking and friendly interaction and helpfulness from family members living nearby. They had a mineral pool which I would have liked to use but weather was a little chill for me.
A stovetop would have made me happier as I could have cooked on that instead of using a microwave. Although they did have a big kitchen downstairs which I used once.

Lack of attention to cleaning detail. Overgrown gardens.
Property is a gem that could really shine.
Like a new pair of shoes: first ever stay was clean, fresh but over time, wear and tear with no TLC the experience is old.
