Good value for money and really clean
The kitchen lights didn’t work at all on the second evening

Rooms were very clean. There was a communal kitchen to prepare food or drinks. Instructions on how to find the accommodation and get in were very clear. Received a welcoming email giving me details of how to get in touch if we had any questions or problems.

No kettle in the room or cups. You had to hunt for cups etc and boil water in the communal kitchen

Pre stay info from the owners was thorough and friendly. It's an Air BNB, not a hotel. The communal area was large and nicely fitted out. Free parking was good. Location good for Heathrow. Bedroom was a good size, there was a fridge and a microwave (which I did not use). Was very good value.
The room was tired, the headboard looked grim, the bathroom was tiny and the shower had mould build up on it which smelled. I didn't like that I booked in a hurry thinking it was a hotel but it's a house.
