Easy to access via a door code and keys in a lock box. The area is nice, and it's easy to get to the centre via the metro. The room is spacious, has all that you'd need, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.
Make sure you bring earplugs for sleeping, as any noise from the landing/stairwell travels into the room, so noisy neighbours arriving late or leaving early could wake you up, as will the fridge, which is very loud when it cycles.

Good location. Basic amenities. Easy to use and access. Good shutters mean't it was dark at night. Bedding was of decent quality. It is bright and white. There were two glass wine glasses. The bed was firm. Plenty of lighting. If felt private and safe.
The fact that you had to pay for every little extra. All the rules and extra payments, demands and somewhat aggressive language used about fines and extra costs I found bordering on offensive. We were paying guests at £140 per night, we weren't being paid to stay. The idea someone has to pay an extra 10 euros for bedding/sheets for a cot for their child/baby, or 3 euros for a micro bottle of soap seemed bizarre if not officious. There is no kettle. There were only 3 coffee sachets. There was no milk. The bed is pretty small for two adult people. Everything appears to have been done as cheaply as possible - luckily it is all reasonably new, but things are already starting to fall apart - for instance the shower head wouldn't stay on the wall because the fixing has broken. The space to hang clothes is at waist height. Basically you are paying to stay in a newly plastered room with minimal furniture for maximum profit. It is a bit like the Ryan Air of accommodation, where every extra costs. If that suits and you need a base where you don't want to spend much time then it is clean and unfussy.
