El apartamento es muy espacioso y con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las tres habitaciones y la cocina son muy amplias y el comedor es inmenso. Además tiene una terraza con mesa y sillas donde pudimos comer perfectamente 7 personas. Y también con mucho espacio para poder tender. Además el apartamento está justo frente a la playa de la Fossa, así que solo tienes que bajar dos pisos y en un minuto estás en la playa.
La gestora del apartamento se puso en contacto conmigo para mandarme las instrucciones de cómo recoger las llaves, justo al lado del apartamento y como ir al parking incluido. Todo muy claro y fácil.
El precio un poco alto pero es lo normal en esa zona en los meses de Julio y Agosto. Y mereció la pena por ese apartamento.

La situación es perfecta y el apartamento es grande y espacioso, tiene todo lo necesario, las camas son cómodas, la cocina está bien equipada, aire acondicionado en el salón y en el pasillo y ventiladores en todos los dormitorios. La terraza es otro punto a favor con vistas al mar.
En general nos gustó todo pero el ventilador de la habitación con cama doble es muy ruidoso y no lo podíamos poner para dormir.

The place was very cosy and big. A lot of space in the apartment. Beautiful view and close to the beach.

Great sea view, especially in the mornings with the sunrise. Great location by the beach and right next to the mountain
1) no customer orientation from real estate agent that takes care of the rent
2) the apartment is not thought for long stays and was stripped naked without even salt or oil. You get 1 dishwasher tab and that’s it
3) you will pay the price in low season as if it was high season
4) it is has many quick fixes and furniture is vary basic. For 4K euro for 1 month you would expect better quality
5) no sound isolation as you can hear a lot from other apartments, but this is typical in Spain
