Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from the central station, and near the main river and city centre. Suzana (the host) was very friendly and helpful, but most importantly she was very fast to respond to any questions we had. Room size was ok and there were sufficient amenities, Air-conditioning was good as well. Very good value for money
The room is a bit old, the floor was slightly uneven in certain places. The main issue was the bed being very creaky, so when my friend or I would move a bit in bed or get out of bed, it was so loud that the other person would almost always wake up.

The Location, the shower, the refrigerator
37 steps to the floor, very little light on the stairs, 3 keys to open 3 different doors, dingy old towels, scratchy comforters, not enough light in the bathroom, no luggage rack or place to put your luggage, white walls, very gloomy to go back to your room for a rest.
