This studio is very, very dirty, dusty, worn out/out dated, with old equipment. Not worth the price.

Nothing. I liked the location, but it has absolutely nothing to do with the rating of these studio.

First and most importantly, this studio is very, very dirty, worn out/out dated, with old equipment in the bathroom and kitchen, with broken sliding doors for storage and clothes. The dryer doesn't dry at all - what's the point of keeping it in use and presentation? I'm not a prude or a spoiled traveler, I just adequately understand the cost of services. Just imagine: you have arrived from the road, tired. The condition of the bathroom is important and it’s really terrible, there’s absolutely no desire to simply brush your teeth in the sink, the cabinet door won’t close... You don't have twenty to replace a broken and dangerous bathroom outlet? You have the nerve to charge decent money for this studio, but you don’t understand that the bathroom cabinet can be changed along with the faucet for the cost of one night? How greedy the owner is, it's a shame. The ventilation in the bathroom, due to improper connection, blows directly on you, with all that dust and odors from the ventilation of the building. Why? Previous reviews mentioned this, but the owner was not quick to fix it. There is dust all around, and it has almost become ingrained into the surfaces. When did you change the AC/heater filters? Why are they extremely dusty? When did you clean the ventilation grilles? Do you even clean this studio? What about the mirrors - they are cloudy from dirty stains! After everything I saw, I had big doubts about the cleanliness of the bed and pillows. But we see Gucci and other fancy boxes around...what a joke. This place, for the money I paid, is one of the worst experiences of my travels.

Excellent location, super comfortable apartment close to everything!

It was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed! We lived the location in Hollywood close to so many neat and famous places. Easy drive to Universal Hollywood. We would definitely stay here again!

Getting the keys was a bit difficult because we had to try and park on the street to get the key fob to park, so that was a bit awkward and difficult. Also returning the keys had the same problem, just in reverse. The dryer wasn’t working very well and after 2 hours of drying our clothes were still wet, so that was frustrating and left us with two bags full of wet clothes we had to pack and find an outside dryer to dry them.

Excellent place to stay with a family of four. The location was great for visiting Universal Studios

The location was perfect and was in distance with the businesses we wanted to visit.

We had to kill three roaches. However, upon arrival there was a fire in one of the units. So, the roaches may have come from the water.

We would definitely stay here again when in the Hollywood area.

Comfortable, well appointed room (cow theme), with a/c, 2 queen beds, sitting area, and a full kitchen complete w/kitchen items. Very secure, parking on sight, good area just off Hollywood Blvd, close to public transportation, several walkable attractions. Received very detailed directions/video from host regarding parking, entry, key access, and they were available to help as needed.

A few things need attention, and a bit noisy(traffic) when windows are open.

Great place to stay but don’t be late 30 minutes on checking out or staff will walk in the room and cuss you out.

It was very nicely put together and stylish. The location is near the Chinese theater in Hollywood.

Clean and comfortable stay in a great Hollywood location.

It was a little tricky to understand how to access the property as there were multiple steps and multiple entries into the building. This is no fault of the management - just a little more complicated to understand how to gain entry. The host was very helpful and responsive when I had questions.

Steps to access the apartment could have been spelled out a little more clearly.

great location only

the location, the parking included, having soap, laundry etc. the studio room was big and laundry was great.

carpet worn filthy, shower head only high enough for a person 4 ft tall, no lamps at all so lighting was terrible. they said they would replace but never showed and did not respond to texts. sheets on bed won’t NOT stay on.

Very dated and tiny bathroom. The front door lock was very poor and should be replaced.

Very nice apartment and very good location. You can walk to many places nearby. Runyon Canyon is just end of the street. You can go for mornings walk and explore Hollywood in the evening.

The shower is very old and not very convenient. I would recommend to update that :)

Great location for small families to take in all the LA sites and activities

The location was perfect for our trip between the La Brea, tar pits, dodger Stadium and universal studios. It was easy access and a clean property.

The towels or paper, thin, and starting to shred a bit in the street in Waze, was audible throughout the night

Location was wonderful and it was a lovely stay!

The location was fantastic, and it was wonderful to have free parking.

It would have been nice to have blackout curtains (or at least blinds that worked) to make it darker in the room at night. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to be cleaned, as it's super dusty, and I believe the fan is installed backwards because it blows air downward. It would have been nice to have better quality sheets with deeper pockets, as they kept coming off the mattress.

Fantastic stay, will definitely stay again.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Easy accessible. Very clean. Great facilities. Great location walking distance to the Hollywood boulevard. Great help from the apartment agent. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m visiting LA.

A couple of recommendations bathroom sink was a little cracked and could do with a replacement, could do with replacing beds as the mattress were sinking in where they were missing slats underneath.

Fantastic! I recommend!

The location was SUPERB!!!!! I always need a full kitchen and this fit the bill. There were extras like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, filters, detergent and more that you don’t always get. Those were very thoughtful.

The carpet was a little dirty and the sheets kept coming off the beds. Easy fixes. 😉
