I stayed here before in 2022 and the staff was also very nice as well as this time. The room was very comfortable with a big bed and very nice bathroom. The air conditioning was perfect for hot or cold air! The location is right by the farmers market also called the grove!! Great Breakfast and lunch venues a couple of blocks away. Not sure about parking as i didn't drive but my friends pulled up right by the hotel in their cars with no problem when they picked me up.
The price was much cheaper back in 2022 but i understand they must do what they must do to make up for the renovations they are making.

This motel is very dated and old school and has the best possible location and value for the location. It has been a regular for our family for over a decade. You can walk to Melrose, the original Erewhon, the LA Farmer's Market and the Grove.
It's an older hotel and definitely shows it's age.

It was basically a construction site that smelled of paint and chemicals
