Excelente Ubicacion en Hollywood

Excelente ubicación. Camas cómodas. Bien equipada la cocina. Excelente disponer de lavaropas y secaropas

El baño. La ducha no funciona correctamente. El lavatorio estaba tapado, avisamos en varias oportunidades y no lo solucionaron.

La mejor experiencia en Hollywood

El confort de la habitación, utensilios de cocina en excelente estado, limpieza y decoración. Acceso fácil, EL parqueadero en sótano el mejor complemento. La ubicación lo máximo, a solo 10 min caminando de la calle de los famosos. La prontitud de la persona encargada de entregar las llaves. En general de las mejores experiencias en sitios al rededor del mundo. Recomendable 100%

Chambre pas du tout spectaculaire !

Très bon emplacement, décoré avec goût. Explications pour accéder au logement très détaillées.

Pas d'eau chaude dans le logement. Pour cuisiner vous avez une petite poêle et une petite casserole en très mauvais état et c'est tout !!!!! Pas assez de couverts, pas de filtres à café... Il y a un problème avec un voisin qui met la musique en pleine nuit. Par chance il ne l a fait que le dernier soir. Prix important pour le ménage = nous avons retrouvé un seau avec de l eau croupie et moisissures sous l évier.

Beliggenheden. Udsigt fra vinduet. Tæt på busforbindelse. Parkering i kælderen. Hyggelig lejlighed, fint køkken.

At madrasserne er pakket ind i plastik(hvis man lægger tæppe under lagenet, føles det ikke helt så varmt og rasler ikke når man vender og drejer sig ) Tv’et ikke virker. Personalet var hurtig til at svare på whats’ app og sagde hun ville fixe TV’et dagen efter- men det gjorde hun ikke! Skrev ikke engang at hun ikke kom alligevel. Det er dårlig stil. Som alle andre skriver, Gulvtæppet ser nusset ud. Ligesom skabe og andet er lidt slidt.

Comfortable and good location

Took very long to get the details for check in and this created anxiety. Also, the apartment appears to be on booking.com illegally since the leasing office of this apartment doesn’t allow any sublease. The names tenant received a notice that they had not paid rent by the landlord while we were guests (was posted on the door) we immediately messaged the property and they told us to throw the notice in the garbage. Seems unethical

Superb

All in all, we were very happy with our stay at Savana! This apartment has much more space than an ordinary hotel room, is very comfortable and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen to cook our own food, the big fridge and freezer as well as the washing machine and tumbler (after almost two weeks of traveling we had a huge pile of dirty clothes). Of course we also enjoyed the big TV to chill in between. We felt very safe in this complex and enjoyed the fabulous view on LA downtown and the central location (Hollywood Blvd - a few minutes walk from the Walk of fame, as well as two blocks South from Runyon Canyon Park from where you have an amazing view over the whole LA and the Hollywood sign while enjoying being out in the green). There is also a bus stop 1 minute away from the entrance. Another big plus-point is the free and secure parking in the indoor parking lot. At other accommodations in Hollywood parking costs additionally $50 per day! The owner/ operator communicated promptly via the app or SMS. Both check-in and check-out went easily (although I felt a bit nervous about the remote check-in in the beginning). Thank you for the opportunity that tourists like ourselves can rent such a great place in the heart of Hollywood! ;)

All in all, if I have an opportunity to revisit LA / Hollywood, I will most probably stay at Savana spectacular loft again :) Just some minor issues to criticize:: 1. Beware of the cleaning fee ($ 100) and the tax for tourism / not sure for what (14.5%) - the initial rate when searching for accommodation on booking.com excluded both and was thus +/- $150 less than the final rate. 2. At first I felt intimidated with the LONG instructions for the check-in that were sent to me via SMS, but eventually it all went smoothly. It would have been more challenging if I had been alone, but fortunately my husband and the kids could just stay in the car which we "parked" on the side of the street. Besides the cleaner we never saw the owner or operator face to face - however, due to good and fast communication, this didn't cause any problems. 3. The apartment is very nicely decorated, which isn't bad per say when traveling with teenagers (small kids would probably want to play with everything). However, instead of the decoration, I would have preferred a decent table with four chairs where one can eat, as well as one or more cupboards for storing our clothes, and a stand to hang up the moist laundry.

It was an overall good experience and we did enjoy are stay.

close to universal studios, easy to get to, good price, washer and dryer, the kitchen and fridge.

It was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. It looked like the hand soaps had clumps in it. The products looked reused.

Great location but take ear plugs.

Good location and good size apartment for a short stay.

Single pain glass window so very noisy and almost impossible to sleep. Also noisy neighbour with loud music playing all through the night.

Location was good, private parking was great, other than the tight space, parking garage definitely not designed for larger vehicles e.g suv

The beds were not comfortable at all, water pressure and temperature in the shower left alot to be desired

Besides location and free parking, this has been the worst booking I've had on Booking.com.

Had to park, gain entry and then run up to the room to get the keys before we could park in the garage. Very little parking on the street so it was inconvenient.

Dirty, flat/uncomfortable pillows, broken items (window), not enough supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Neighbor played loud music until 3:30AM! It woke everyone up and we were all exhausted in the morning. On top of that we had to rush out by 11am.

Stylish and comfortable for a girls trip.

The location was great because it was a 10min walk from the Hollywood stars, and interior was very cute. Definitely picture worthy of the view of LA. Sofa was really comfy, bed was pretty okay too. Clean bathroom( many many towels) and kitchen( full amenities, didn’t check if they had pots or pans if one wanted to cook). Friendly yet keep to yourself type residence. Hostess that I communicated with was very nice and informative, I accidentally forgot at 2am I could use a scan-in key to access the outside doors so (I apologize for that I was out drinking🥴) but they gave a friendly reminder of how to access the room but overall zero problems that wouldn’t make me not recommend. I’d stay here again or at the other room in this building.

I didn’t like the loud music of the neighbor next door at all hours of the night, same with the traffic sounds from the street because we literally witnessed a fight on the street from our window( one is cracked). I did feel a little cautious about other people around the outside of the building but I also didn’t like how easily the door to the apartment could be forced open( just as a female traveler, I’d buy the hotel door lock since there’s only one lock on this door), the carpet needs a deep clean, there’s many stains. I don’t have a issue with this but someone over 5’5 may, the shower is definitely built for a small petite person so if you’re tall it’s going to be a struggle. Lastly, they really should get the coffee table fixed, if someone( or a child) makes the wrong move the glass will definitely tilt and come down tragically. Sadly no early check in but a early check out time.

Very good

Good location, great to have secure parking. The place is nice and clean. Kitchen has a good amount of utensils etc. The one minor issue we had was quickly resolved with host.

Place is a studio apartment, and not a loft. There are a lot of decorative items we had to find a spot for when we were there with our kids (4&6) to avoid them breaking something. There is not a lot of space to leave a pair of suitcases..
