Absolutely awful. I wanted to leave from the 2nd day there.

Location

The fact that we had to have cold showers in CapeTown in peak winter. The building “manager” - George has zero communication skills and a pathetic attitude. He made me feel like asking for hot water which is a basic necessity was asking for too much. He basically told me that the water was cold due to high demand and that I need to deal with it cos there’s nothing he can do. I waited till midnight to bath and the water was still cold. The next day I called to request if I could cancel my stay and get a refund cos I can’t cope with the cold water only to be told there was a heater that was broken. If my complaint was taken seriously from the initial onset the problem Could have been fixed sooner. The office staff was quick to tell me my booking is non refundable as I chose that option. But how was I to know that I’d be having cold showers? That the last thing one would expect when paying that much.

Definitely a recommendation
