La ubicación , la seguridad 24 horas, el confort teniendo todo lo que necesitamos.Lavarropas, lavavajilla, microondas, plancha, tostadora , pava eléctrica.Secador de pelo, Aclaración.....el tender para la ropa mojada está debajo de la cama!!Dejan detergente y pastillas para usar el lavavajilla buen detalle!!. También dejan te , café, y azucar Gracias!!
Realmente deben mejorar la luz del baño, es imposible afeitarse allí creo que no les costaría nada, asimismo poner un enchufe , no hay ninguno!!!Otra cosa que no se entiende bien es que no tenga aire acondicionado frio //calor lo suplen con una estufa eléctrica para todo el departamento y un pequeño ventilador de pie, no me quiero imaginar cuando hace calor con semejante ventanal!! eso deberían solucionarlo también , la estufa y el ventilador no están a la altura de el resto del departamento

I love the cleanliness of the place and the definitely the view from the sliding door. The first thing I noticed was the friendly staff and ensured that we new where everything we needed was, and the easy check-in we did online before actual check-in.
Everything was perfect, I can't complain about anything.

Good location - safe and an easy walk to Kloof Street, bus stop and other places. Lovely view of Table Mountain, and the apartment is tastefully furnished.
Our stay started off on an irritating note. I was never informed where / how to collect the key, even though I asked. Anyway, it was confirmed that we could check in at 11:00. We sat at Reception waiting for about 20 mins, and upon following up, were informed that the apartment was still being cleaned, and that we could check in at 13:00. When someone opened up for us and we could settle in, there was load shedding, so no chance of making a cup of coffee or tea. Our stay was during the winter, and the apartment was chilly. There was a little blow heater which we used on the first evening, which was all right, but the next two evenings there was load shedding again from 20:00 - 22:00, so we were unable to warm up the apartment. That also meant no TV or Netflix or being able to use the kettle or microwave oven to heat our takeaways - really very unpleasant. Also, the extractor fan does not work during load shedding, so when one showers, there is a lot of condensation with water literally dripping down the windows. Although there was a back-up light and back-up for the internet, the installation of a decent sized battery for back-up use of the appliances is seriously recommended. There was also noise from one of the side streets below - parties, people shouting and revving their cars and motorbikes - this intensified over the week-end nights and went on until 4 am in the morning. Other minor things: A piece of the curtain (at the top) is falling off the rail, the base plate of the iron is badly "caked" and needs a clean, and there is a plug behind the couch which is not covered - safety risk!
