I had an apartment on the third floor. It is very quiet. Minimal traffic noise. Would I book it again..probably yes.
The apartment has no air-conditioning. Only fans. With 32 degrees outside, it becomes uncomfortably hot inside. Cleaning could be better....some hairs on the floor that were not mine. Perhaps hoover instead of mop? Minimal amount of toilet paper (only 2 rolls) upon arrival. No soap in the toilet to wash hands. Before checkout I received a request from the host to empty the bins..despite paying a cleaning fee of 80 euros or so!. No kitchen cabinet cover for the dish washer...makes it look it bit odd looking. In other words....it is not super-luxury. But for me, a quiet apartment is the most important aspect of a place...so whenever I visit this city again, I may stay at this apartment again.

El apartamento estaba super limpio y ordenado. Lo mejor de todo era la ventilación y la luminosidad. Perfecto para el verano. Las camas muy cómodas y el baño también.
Todas las estancias eran bastante amplias, sobre todo el salón/comedor y la cocina. La terraza era idónea y al ser un tercer piso se contaba con mucha privacidad.
La ubicación estaba muy bien, cerca de todo y muy bien conectada con trasporte público y coche.
Contábamos con wifi incluido, toallas abundantes como para 5 personas o más, y mucha zona de almacenaje lo cual se agradece bastante. Esto también en la cocina, que contaba con bastante espacio de despensa y utensilios.
No incluían tendedero y la mesa de la terraza se hacia pequeña para 5 personas. Además como nota la cisterna del váter estaba algo averiada y perdía agua. La cafetera era de cápsulas lo cual, a opinión personal, no nos gustaba.
La puerta del portal hacía un estruendo cada vez que se cerraba y a veces era molesto escucharla a ciertas horas de la noche cuando la usaban otros vecinos.

Bien placé, possibilité de se déplacer à pieds en ville. Logement propre et confortable.
Hôtes agréables et réactifs.
Pas en lien direct avec le logement, mais le stationnement aux alentours est quasi impossible et il faut tourner de long minutes avant de pouvoir se garer.

Amplio, muy cómodo, todo en buen estado, zona tranquila
No hay tendedero y para estancias largas estaría bien tener lavadora (que no hay aunque yo no la necesite). Tiene terraza y es bastante amplio, así que puedes secar las toallas sin problema. No hay aire acondicionado pero al tener 3 fachadas exteriores se puede crear corriente cruzada fácilmente
